Account Manager – Mining Location: Alberta (Travel throughout assigned mining territory) Join a Team That Keeps Mining Moving. We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager – Mining who thrives on building long-term relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving profitable growth. What You’ll Do As the primary point of contact for your assigned mining customers, you’ll develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and deliver aftermarket solutions that maximize equipment reliability and performance. Your responsibilities will include: · Building and maintaining strong relationships with mine management, maintenance teams, and procurement professionals. · Growing aftermarket parts, service, undercarriage, and product support sales. · Conducting regular customer visits and equipment inspections, including undercarriage wear measurements. · Identifying opportunities to improve equipment uptime and reduce operating costs. · Collaborating with our Parts, Service, Operations, and Product Support teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions. · Preparing quotations, forecasts, CRM updates, and territory plans. · Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and understands the demands of heavy equipment in mining operations. Qualifications include: · Minimum 5 years of mining or heavy equipment sales experience. · Strong knowledge of heavy equipment parts and service. · Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. · Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office. · Valid driver’s licence. · Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory.
