Le travail s'effectue principalement au Campus Saint-Jean, à Edmonton. Le conseiller aux étudiants joue un rôle essentiel dans le fonctionnement quotidien de l'unité et de la faculté. Sa fonction principale consiste à offrir des services et un soutien de qualité supérieure aux étudiants de premier cycle et aux candidats de la Faculté Saint-Jean. Le titulaire du poste est chargé de fournir une aide complète et personnalisée ainsi que des conseils aux étudiants, que ce soit lors de rencontres sans rendez-vous ou planifiées. Il sera appelé à traiter des situations sortant de l'ordinaire et à offrir un accompagnement individualisé ; il est donc primordial qu'il sache instaurer un climat de confiance fondé sur une connaissance approfondie du programme et sur un service aux étudiants exemplaire. Le titulaire devra interagir de manière à favoriser une ambiance de travail empreinte de coopération et de soutien mutuel. Il devra également être capable d'anticiper les besoins et les fluctuations de la charge de travail pour répondre à des demandes variables, tout en sachant établir ses priorités de façon autonome afin de respecter les attentes et les échéanciers. Exigences

Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree and possess at least two years of experience in a post-secondary administrative environment, preferably in student services or admissions. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English are required.
