L'objectif est de développer les capacités de compréhension en langue seconde (écoute et lecture) et d'aider l'étudiant à bien assimiler la matière de la discipline. Les réponses aux questions d'examen peuvent être fournies en anglais ou en français dans le cours de la discipline, en français seulement dans le cours de langue. Deux ans d’expérience de l’enseignement du FLS au niveau universitaire, ou équivalent. Familiarité avec des logiciels et la technologie pertinente pour l’enseignement des cours de français langue seconde. Connaissance de la pédagogie d’immersion démontrée par le CV. Tout professeur ayant enseigné un cours FLS/ESL à l'ILOB avant le 1er janvier 2018 est considéré comme répondant à l'exigence de diplôme. Exigences

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in French as a second language didactics or a relevant field and possess at least two years of university-level teaching experience. Demonstrated knowledge of immersion pedagogy and familiarity with relevant teaching software and technology are also required.
