Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends). The Sales Associate will guide customers in selecting furniture and home décor while providing friendly service to enhance the shopping experience. They are also responsible for processing transactions and maintaining the visual standards and cleanliness of the store.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience and a passion for interior design. The role requires proficiency with technology and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and weekdays.
