Valero Energy Inc. owns and operates the Jean Gaulin refinery in Lévis, with a refining capacity of approximately 235,000 barrels per day, as well as several logistics infrastructures including the Montreal East terminal and the Saint Laurent Pipeline. About 70% of the petroleum products used in Quebec is manufactured and distributed by Valero, which guarantees the energy security of the region in terms of transportation. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, manage procurement systems and budgets, monitor deliveries and project progress, and identify improvements while protecting the company’s interests.

Coordinate the Canadian Public and Government Affairs department’s internal and external activities, including social investment programs, budgets, donations, sponsorships, and community volunteering communications. Develop and coordinate communications content and materials, support events and regional visits, and conduct research.
