What We Offer * Supportive leadership that values educator autonomy * A collaborative team environment built on trust and respect * Competitive wages * Opportunities for professional growth and reflective practice * A positive, community-based workplace culture Key Responsibilities * Follow VCC policies and procedures, the College of ECE Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, and CCEYA requirements * Observe and document children?s learning and development * Plan and implement engaging, play-based programming aligned with _How Does Learning Happen? (HDLH)_ * Provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment * Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues * Maintain required documentation, reporting, and classroom organization Qualifications * Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE) * Current Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months) * Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C * Up-to-date immunization records * Physically able to lift and assist children up to 4 years of age We are looking for educators who are reflective, collaborative, and committed to high-quality early learning.
