Job Description We are looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide customer assistance, track service cases, and coordinate warranties. The The incumbent will be responsible for supporting customers in the use and diagnosis of their systems, while ensuring service quality and user satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Respond to technical inquiries and provide professional customer support. Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar energy and storage systems. (Victron Energy) Tracking warranty and service records (repairs, parts, returns). Communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure effective follow-up. Documenting each intervention in our internal system. Required Profile Experience in technical service, electricity, solar energy, or a related field. Good understanding of electrical or electronic systems. Ability to methodically diagnose and resolve technical problems. Excellent communication skills (French and English).
