Design agentic architectures capable of understanding complex business specifications and generating high-quality deliverables like code, tests, and documentation, while industrializing the SDLC through a Spec-Driven approach to automate delivery pipelines. Act as a technical leader accelerating the adoption of agentic workflows among experienced developers and ensuring governance, ethics, explainability, and security by design for every agent. Candidates must possess advanced mastery of agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen, along with strong development skills in Java and/or GoLang, and Python, alongside experience with LLM integration (Claude, GPT-4, Llama 3) and RAG architectures. A degree in a related field is required, coupled with 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience, including 1 to 2 years deploying LLM solutions, preferably in highly regulated environments.
