Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, recruitment, and training for a team of 16-20 people. Manage financial reporting, inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while addressing customer concerns.

Requires a college or CEGEP education and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
