You'll Do: * Work in a safe manner using established SOPs, following all lockouts and protocols, and completing PTHAs. * Preventative maintenance and repair of conveyors, various belt and chain transfer and drive systems, sawing, debarking, sorting, stacking, and compressors. * Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the assembly, installation, set-up and repair of equipment and machinery. * Work in man-lifts with the use of fall protection equipment. * Repair and maintenance of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves and cylinders. * Work positively in a team environment. You have: * Commitment to working safely and creating a safe workplace. * Sawmill experience is an asset. * A valid Inter-Provincial or Provincial Journeyperson Millwright certification or a Millwrighting Apprentice preparing to enroll in their 4th * Mechanical aptitude; excellent problem-solving skills. * Ability to work closely with other trades and employees. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexible schedule for workdays, nights, and weekend shifts.
