About The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the New Vehicle Sales Manager will play a key role in the continued development and growth of our New Vehicle Sales Department. This is a demanding, hands-on leadership position requiring direct involvement in all aspects of sales operations, from coaching and developing the team to managing inventory, customer experience, retention, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a strong, results-driven sales team Maintain a superior level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Drive new vehicle sales performance and departmental profitability Assist with vehicle inventory management, including maintaining an appropriate inventory mix Establish clear sales objectives and provide ongoing coaching and performance management Ensure effective and consistent use of CRM tools and follow-up processes Work closely with the General Manager and General Sales Manager and other department leaders to achieve dealership objectives Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, accountable, and performance-focused environment Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable AMVIC requirements Qualifications Minimum 5 years of management experience is preferred Demonstrated track record of sales leadership and success Strong leadership, coaching, training, and team-development skills Excellent communication and customer-service abilities Strong understanding of automotive variable operations Experience with CRM tools and dealership sales processes Experience with PBS Systems is an asset AMVIC licensed Requirements A valid AB driver’s license and a current clean driver’s abstract Some Of The Rewards Of Joining Our Team Exceptional benefits package Pension Plan with employer contributions – free money!
