Job Description : We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT and enterprise initiatives focused on modernizing and replacing end-of-life solutions supporting community care. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, procurement, communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong experience working across both technical and clinical environments, managing dependencies and impacts, leading strategic enterprise initiatives, and building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and complex vendors. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with BC healthcare organizations or the BC Ministry of Health, including at least one year managing a large, complex IT project involving multiple BC healthcare organizations. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. PMP certification is considered an asset. Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Officer on large, complex projects 4+ years of experience with BC Health Organizations / BC Ministry of Health 1+ year managing large, complex IT projects involving multiple BC Health Organizations Enterprise strategic initiative leadership experience Strong project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management Exceptional communication, active listening, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence diverse audiences Experience working across technical and clinical project areas Strong dependency, impact, and change management experience Demonstrable experience managing complex vendor relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience handling sensitive and challenging situations BC-based and available to work 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time PMP certification is desirable (not mandatory)
