Meet the YuJa family here and see what makes YuJa special! About the Role As an In-house Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all contracts. You will negotiate general commercial terms with our finance and business groups, ensure legal compliance, and set official contract strategies and have a broad range of responsibilities providing transactional support, day-to-day advice to management, and negotiation for our product sales, licensing and services. You will also work on making sure contracts are in line with our larger company goals and philosophies while mitigating risks whenever possible along with reviewing contract terms and updating them to fit legal needs. About You Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in contract law Law degree from an accredited institution Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, particularly software licensing and the RFP process, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating legal risks and aligning with company objectives Experience drafting a variety of legal documentation Industry subject matter expert Why you'll love working here YuJa is a multiple-time honoree on Forbes’ list of Best Start-Up Employers in America.
