Job Description Server Assistant - Chalet You are an ambassador for the exceptional service that hallmarks the experience our guests have in our Chalet restaurant. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding food and beverage offerings makes guests feel unique and valued. This is a seasonal, full-time position, starting in November 2026 and ending in April 2027. Starting Pay Rate: $19.85 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.00. The server assistant is responsible for providing warm, personal service to guests while maintaining knowledge of food and beverage offerings. They must also ensure tables are cleared efficiently and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.

Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A BC Serving It Right Certificate is required, and applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
