As a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant, you create an evening sanctuary for our guests, one that feels warm, welcoming, and effortlessly refined. Your work happens behind the scenes, but its impact is deeply felt. With your steady pace, disciplined approach, and pride in craftsmanship, you ensure each guest room is perfectly prepared for the night, reflecting the Rimrock’s luxury standards and commitment to comfort. Start Date: August/September 2026 Part-Time shifts typically from 5pm-9pm. What You Will Be Doing Evening Turndown & Guest Comfort Deliver refined evening turndown service in assigned guest rooms, following brand and hotel standards precisely. Prepare rooms for rest by refreshing beds, adjusting lighting, closing curtains, and creating a calm, inviting atmosphere. Replace linens and towels as required and replenish guest amenities with care and consistency. Set up turndown touches such as tea service, bedtime amenities, handwritten notes, or departure gifts where applicable. Ensure each room reflects a sense of quiet luxury, comfort, and readiness for sleep. Cleanliness, Detail & Room Readiness Maintain exceptional cleanliness during turndown, completing light touch-ups and visual resets as needed. Follow established procedures and checklists to ensure consistent, error-free room presentation. Identify and report maintenance issues, room condition concerns, or guest preferences promptly to the PM Supervisor. Handle guest belongings and room contents with discretion, respect, and integrity at all times. Professional Presence & Team Support Interact with guests in a courteous, calm, and discreet manner, responding to requests or directing them appropriately. Maintain fully stocked, organized carts and supplies throughout the shift. Support evening housekeeping operations and collaborate with PM Housekeeping leadership as required. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper linen handling and sanitation protocols. Qualifications What You Bring Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel environment. A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality, consistent work. A calm, professional, and respectful demeanor with guests and colleagues. Ability to work independently, follow established routines, and manage time efficiently. Commitment to cleanliness, order, and following procedures accurately. Bonus If You Bring Experience with luxury turndown or evening housekeeping service. Familiarity with hotel standards, checklists, and quality assurance practices. Knowledge of guest personalization and preference tracking. Experience working in a structured, process-driven housekeeping environment. Physical Demands Continuous standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and fine-motor movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs (linen, amenities, supplies). Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout evening shifts. Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
