Title: Sr Channel Sales Manager- Broker, Consultant and VAR Location: Mississauga, Hybrid (in office 3 days a week) About The Role The Senior Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across the Broker, Value-Added Reseller (VAR), and Consultant channels. This role serves as the bridge between channel partners and the internal sales organization, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to successfully engage and grow these channels. The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create and implement channel strategies that drive revenue growth, increase new client acquisition, and strengthen partner engagement. This role requires frequent interaction with both internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities, build relationships, and accelerate channel performance. This role reports to the VP of Canada Sales. This role is on a variable compensation plan. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Broker, VAR, and Consultant channels. Partner with sales teams to ensure associates understand channel-specific value propositions, messaging, and best practices. Conduct regular training sessions and enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness within assigned channels. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support business objectives. Support sales teams through pipeline development, account planning, and field engagement activities that drive incremental revenue growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners to increase engagement, business development opportunities, and overall channel success. Work cross-functionally with Marketing to develop channel-focused resources, campaigns, and sales tools. Identify and cultivate new partner relationships that expand market reach and generate new business opportunities. Monitor channel performance and provide recommendations to optimize growth, partner engagement, and client acquisition. Lead initiatives that enhance partner program effectiveness and create sustainable long-term growth. Experience leading organizational change and fostering a highly collaborative work environment. Demonstrated ability to create and execute internal sales campaigns that generate incremental growth through partnerships and channel programs. Strong knowledge of sales enablement strategies, partner program development, and channel marketing initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization, both internally and externally. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
