Ta mission (…si tu l’acceptes !) : Assurer le support, l’investigation et l’amélioration continue des applications liées aux dérivés cotés. Ton quotidien sera rythmé par : Assurer le support applicatif et le suivi des incidents Analyser et investiguer des problèmes fonctionnels et techniques Utiliser SQL pour analyser les données et soutenir les diagnostics Collaborer avec les développeurs lors des correctifs et améliorations Participer aux tests fonctionnels, validations et mises en production Documenter les processus, procédures et solutions Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des applications et processus de support Ta future équipe : Tu évolueras au sein d’une équipe TI collaborative composée de développeurs et de spécialistes du support dans un environnement favorisant le partage des connaissances.
