Ce que nous allons accomplir ensemble : Tu contribueras à la réalisation de projets technologiques stratégiques au sein d’un acteur majeur de son secteur. Dans un environnement Agile/Safe, tu joueras un rôle clé pour coordonner les équipes, livrer de la valeur et soutenir la transformation de l’organisation. Ta mission (…si tu l’acceptes !) : Orchestrer la livraison de projets technologiques d’envergure liés aux paiements en assurant l’alignement des équipes, la gestion des risques et l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires. Ton quotidien sera rythmé par : Assurer la gestion et la mise en œuvre de projets technologiques d’envergure Préparer et participer activement aux PI Planning, à la priorisation et au découpage des initiatives Optimiser l’utilisation des ressources afin d’atteindre les objectifs du secteur Identifier, analyser et résoudre des problématiques complexes de livraison Gérer de façon proactive les risques et enjeux liés aux projets Produire les rapports de suivi et communiquer l’avancement aux différentes parties prenantes Assurer l’alignement entre les équipes TI et Affaires tout en gérant les interdépendances Ta future équipe : Tu évolueras au sein d’une équipe spécialisée dans le domaine des paiements, dans un contexte Agile/Safe orienté vers les projets stratégiques.
