Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expérience dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique, notamment en répartition et en coordination quotidienne des expéditions. Dans ce rôle, la personne retenue sera le principal point de contact pour un portefeuille de clients et veillera à répondre à leurs besoins avec efficacité et rigueur. Une expérience dans les services de transport routier (TL), de chargements partiels (LTL) et intermodaux constitue un atout majeur. Please note that we do not recruit internationally. We are looking for a qualified, customer-service-oriented senior logistics specialist to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in transportation and logistics, particularly in dispatching and the daily coordination of shipments. Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, they will ensure their needs are met with efficiency and rigor. Experience in truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and intermodal transportation services is a major asset. Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation, gestion des priorités et souci du détail. Formation postsecondaire en logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement, commerce ou domaine connexe (un atout). Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Proven experience in customer account management or client-facing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track evolving shipments. Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with a strong follow-through mindset. Ability to work well under pressure and follow direction to meet company objectives. Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems), Loadlink, and MS Office Suite; adaptable to new tools. Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an asset. Bilingual in French and English. Benefits Rémunération : 80 000 $ - 85 000 $. Exigences
