They will also provide end-user support, training, and data management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and hold a Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations certification. Proficiency in managing Sales or Service Cloud environments for over 100 users and strong analytical skills are required.
