Your future duties and responsibilities Build and maintain strong business relationships through regular communication with clients assigned to your portfolio. Provide advisory support to key clients on application, legislative, and technological matters. Proactively identify current and future client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or improvements. Identify sales opportunities within the client portfolio and promote complementary modules and services such as Human Resources, Time Management, Employee Self-Service, and others. Manage the client presentation process by coordinating meetings with Product Specialists and ensuring follow-up throughout the entire sales cycle. Serve as the liaison between key clients, internal stakeholders, and business partners. Document all client interactions and perform annual client satisfaction evaluations to ensure business unit objectives are achieved. Stay informed about updates and changes affecting CGI solutions and act as a voice for key clients within the organization. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role College diploma in Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 8 years of payroll experience. Minimum of 3 years of account management or existing client management experience. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Customer-focused mindset. Initiative and strong teamwork skills. Well-developed business and political acumen. Knowledge of various payroll solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (required). Assets Completion of the "Understanding Payroll Principles" and "Mastering Payroll Legislation" programs from Cégep Ahuntsic, or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification from the National Payroll Institute (formerly the Canadian Payroll Association). Exigences
Requires a college diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, along with at least eight years of payroll experience and three years of account management or existing-client management experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to travel to client locations, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, know payroll solutions, and be proficient in Microsoft Office; fluency in French and English is required.
