The representative is responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, providing information about retirement residences, and documenting client needs in the CRM database. They also identify sales opportunities, coordinate with regional sales directors, and ensure high-quality customer service standards are met. Candidates must possess a post-secondary or university degree and have two to three years of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role. Advanced bilingualism in French and English is mandatory, along with intermediate computer skills and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
