Vous êtes: - Discret(e) et bien organisé(e), et savez mettre nos clients à l’aise. - Attentif(ve), vous veillez à ce que chaque client bénéficie d’un service personnalisé et d’une expérience unique. - Méticuleux(se), avec le souci du détail, vous offrez un service irréprochable. Vous serez amené(e) à: - Assister le(la) responsable de l’entretien dans le contrôle et le nettoyage des chambres et des parties communes - Signaler les dysfonctionnements au service technique - Anticiper et répondre aux différentes demandes et besoins de la clientèle du village - Encadrer l’équipe d’entretien (30 à 50 collaborateurs) - Surveiller l’état des stocks, identifier les besoins d’approvisionnement et passer les commandes - Vérifier la conformité des travaux réalisés selon les normes de qualité élevées du Club Med - Connaître parfaitement le village et travailler en collaboration avec les services concernés (service des chambres, blanchisserie, restauration) - Garantir la qualité des services, le respect des règles de santé et de sécurité du Club Med ainsi que l’entretien du patrimoine du village En devenant Assistant(e) de l’intendant(e) G.O., vous bénéficierez des infrastructures et des activités proposées par le Club Med. You will: - Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the checking and cleanliness of rooms and common areas - Report malfunctions to the maintenance department - Anticipate and respond to the different requirements and needs of the resort's clientele - Supervise the maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees) - Monitor the condition of stocks, identify supply needs and establish orders - Check the conformity of the work carried out according to Club Med high quality standards - Know the resort perfectly and work in collaboration with the relevant departments (room staff, laundry, catering) - Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets In becoming a G.O Executive Housekeeper Assistant, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
