The specialist will contribute to the planning, analysis, and optimization of IT capacity, budgets, and workforce resources to ensure organizational alignment. They are responsible for monitoring financial performance, managing IT budgets, and providing insights into cost drivers and resource utilization. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in finance, business, human resources, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in financial budget analysis or workforce planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is highly desired, as is the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
