La Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) est un organisme public au cœur d’une des plus grandes industries au Québec: l’industrie de la construction. Elle est responsable de l'application de la Loi sur les relations de travail, la formation professionnelle et la gestion de la main-d'œuvre dans l'industrie de la construction au Québec (loi R-20). Sa mission, contribuer à l'essor de l'industrie de la construction en plus d’assurer une évolution cohérente et constante du milieu. 𝗟𝗮 𝗖𝗖𝗤 𝗮𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲 La CCQ dessert principalement quelque 27 000 employeurs et près de 198 000 travailleurs(-euses). En plus d’assurer la conformité des chantiers aux règlements et conventions collectives sectorielles, elle administre notamment les avantages sociaux, le régime de retraite et voit à la formation et au perfectionnement des travailleurs de cette industrie.
