The IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing top IT talent to fill permanent, consulting, and executive roles for clients in Canada. Key duties include conducting interviews, managing candidate presentations, and coordinating the hiring process from reference checks to offer presentation. Candidates should have professional experience in IT recruitment or IT business development and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field and bilingualism in French and English are required.
