Respond to customer inquiries, enter orders, identify the correct trailer parts, recommend complementary products, and make weekly calls to support planned deliveries. Resolve complaints, process warranty claims and returns, provide invoice payment documentation, stay informed about products and promotions, and share market information with the branch team.

Assemble, mount, balance, inspect, and inflate tires and wheels to meet production schedules and quality and safety standards. Record production and inspection data, fulfill and ship orders, support inventory and warehouse tasks, and maintain an organized work area.
