The electrical reliability and automation engineer will focus on improving the reliability of electrical equipment, PLC programs, and control loops. They will also support maintenance teams by developing strategies, troubleshooting recurring issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automation and be eligible for or a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. Proficiency in electrical distribution, control systems, and communication networks is required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
