The Production Director is responsible for overseeing all site production operations, ensuring the execution of production plans while meeting safety, quality, and productivity targets. They lead the supervision team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain an active presence on the floor to support operational excellence. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management and possess at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a unionized environment.
