They also provide leadership to the maintenance team, manage contractor activities, and ensure compliance with safety and union regulations. Candidates must possess a college or university degree or equivalent trade certification, along with 3 to 5 years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CMMS/EAM software and experience in electrical, mechanical, or control systems are required.
