Medical Associate - Fixed term

Our FYidoctors New Minas clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Medical Associate to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full-time role until May 30th, 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday. The Medical Associate manages patient check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling while performing pre-testing for eye care. They are also responsible for billing, eyewear adjustments, and ensuring a positive overall patient experience.

Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience and strong interpersonal skills are considered assets for this collaborative role.
