Night Auditor

We're looking for an autonomous Night Auditor with an open and empathetic attitude, who will be responsible for guest arrivals and departures, as well as recording the day's transactions and always being ready to respond to an urgent situation. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including: reconciling deposits, resolving account chargebacks and producing reports. * Ensure the security of the premises during the night, which means knowing how to make important decisions in the event of an emergency. * Check-in and check-out guests, verify and detail them, and ensure that internal activities run smoothly, so that communication with the next morning's work team and colleagues in other departments always runs smoothly. The Night Auditor is responsible for performing accounting tasks such as reconciling deposits and producing reports while ensuring the security of the premises. They also manage guest arrivals and departures and act as the primary point of contact for urgent situations during the night shift.

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to handle unexpected situations professionally. A background in hotel operations or accounting is considered an asset for this role.
