They also provide guidance to participants in a work reintegration program to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a college-level diploma or professional certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong leadership and communication skills, is required.
