Core Responsibilities ü Able to consistently demonstrate extraordinary guest service based on the 7 essentials of Exceptional Customer Service. ü Must strive to go above and beyond, following the You First program guidelines. ü Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, and company inventory and property control procedures. ü Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks within production and service time frames established for the job. ü Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, by presenting themselves on-time, well-groomed and in full-approved uniform. ü Maintains all departmental standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities ü Cleans and sanitize stables, chairs, worktables and equipment. ü Ensures equipment and areas are clean and dry. ü Cleans and deep cleans equipment and areas. ü Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe working environment. ü Cleans storage areas. ü Controls the use of cleaning supplies, informing the manager of supply requirements one day in advance. ü Reports equipment and fittings malfunctions to the manager. ü Correctly disposes of garbage and waste products. ü Performs duties in a safe and hygienic manner. ü Ensures the safe operation equipment and environment by checking for and reporting hygiene and safety hazards to manager. ü At least 75% of time responsible for sanitation duties, such as cleaning floors PHYSICAL DEMANDS ü The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. ü Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ü While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear. ü The employee is required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The cleaner is responsible for maintaining a sanitary and safe environment by cleaning and disinfecting equipment, stables, and storage areas. They must also manage cleaning supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 60 pounds. They are expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
