Welcome to FCNQ-Ilagiisaq, where culture, community and empowerment converge. Rooted in the rich traditions of the Inuit people, our organization is dedicated to preserving our heritage while advancing the well-being of our community members. ABOUT US FCNQ-Ilagiisaq (Fédération des cooperatives du Nouveau-Québec) was founded in 1967 as a cooperative to support Inuit communities in Northern Québec. Our main mission is to promote the economic and social development of the 14 communities in Nunavik by supporting various services such as retail, hotels, energy and financial services, while preserving and fostering Inuit culture and values.
