ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates A member of the IMA marketing team, with a specialized focus and expertise on Employee Benefits Identifies marketing opportunities for Employee Benefits programs and thought leadership, with a focus on Shared Services experts. Responsible by creating meaningful and actionable content across multiple formats and distribution platforms Responsible for researching, writing, and developing supporting content for web, internal and sales collateral, advertising, and email campaigns to support lead generation and client retention Helps to establish and maintain consistent brand image throughout Employee Benefits product lines, promotional materials, and event messaging, both internal and externally facing Plans the launch of new offerings and manages the cross-functional implementation of the plan Acts as a point of contact for questions on Employee Benefits marketing and communications materials Responsible for the marketing of Employee Benefits events through branding, communication plan and execution to drive attendance, creation of promotional and event materials, and internal awareness Collaborates with internal and external creative, branding, and print production resources as appropriate REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to: 3-5 years of similar experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Treats clients, company personnel, and associates with respect and courtesy Exceptional interpersonal skills for both internal and external clients, ready to assist clients and teams as needed High degree of tact, diplomacy, and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to lead and motivate those around them Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data and needs REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (continued): Communicates clearly and concisely, including both oral and written Demonstrates commitment to work through projects to completion, on time and on budget Strong organizational skills, including the prioritization and management of multiple projects with competing deadlines Strong delegation skills COMPETENCIES & TRAITS: Curiosity Communicating Agility/Flexibility Self-Direction Interpersonal skills Technology The anticipated posting timeline for this opportunity is 8/12/2026-9/12/2026. #LI-JS1 Salary Range $60,000—$78,000 USD Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act. Prior Criminal history will only be considered after a conditional job offer is made and accepted. Applicants will have the opportunity to explain the circumstances surrounding any convictions, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
