Oversee pre-construction planning, cost estimation, and project governance to ensure financial consistency and project readiness. Requires at least 10 years of experience in the development or construction of wind and solar projects in the US or Canada. A bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory, along with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
