Our Firm Swanson Reed is a leading firm in the area of R&D tax credits and innovation incentives. We are a fun and youthful team that services a diverse range of clients from technology start-ups to billion dollar companies and Government Owned Corporations in the commercial aspects of research, development, management and technology transfer. Swanson Reed has recently expanded to Canada and is looking for an energetic team member to join its team in Montreal. The Position Speaking with clients and potential clients to determine their eligibility and interest to claim the R&D tax credit Updating our databases with relevant information Generating potential leads Following up potential leads (i.e. emails, calls, etc.) Requirements Experience in telemarketing/sales Excellent English skills (written and verbal) Good interpersonal skills Good phone manner Computer literacy (Google Docs, Microsoft Office etc.) Salary $35 per hour Location Montreal

The role involves contacting clients to determine their eligibility for R&D tax credits and generating potential leads. Responsibilities also include updating databases and following up with leads via email and phone.

Exigences

Candidates must have experience in telemarketing or sales and possess excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in computer tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Office is also required.
