The Business Intelligence Developer will transform raw data into actionable insights to help businesses optimize operations and make strategic decisions. Responsibilities include conducting workshops with stakeholders to understand data needs, collecting and integrating data from various sources, and developing informative, interactive reports and dashboards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, mastering SQL, data modeling concepts, ETL tools like SSIS, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for advanced analysis is also required.
