The Senior Program Director will define the program vision, oversee its implementation, and ensure consistency across resulting initiatives within a major banking transformation program. Responsibilities include structuring essential information for business capacity enhancement, formalizing business sector processes from strategy to execution, and designing a comprehensive project office roadmap. Candidates must possess a DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with over 10 years of project management experience, including leading major programs. Demonstrated expertise in diagnostics, recovery plans for significant projects, establishing project offices, and proven leadership over project managers is required, alongside excellent French and advanced English proficiency.
