Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a highly professional, client-focused organization in downtown Toronto. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in creating a welcoming, polished, and seamless experience for clients, visitors, partners, and employees. As the face of the organization, you will play an important role in managing the front-of-house experience and ensuring that every interaction reflects the professionalism and standards of the firm. We are looking for someone who is mature, confident, composed, personable, and exceptionally polished — someone who understands how to engage with senior professionals and clients with warmth, discretion, and professionalism. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests entering the organization Create a warm, professional, and welcoming reception experience Manage a busy front desk, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and responding to inquiries Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with the smooth flow of client and internal meetings Welcome clients and ensure they are appropriately looked after throughout their visit Liaise with internal teams to coordinate visitors, meetings, catering, deliveries, and other requirements Maintain a polished and organized reception and client-facing environment Provide administrative and organizational support to the office as required Assist with special events, client meetings, and other in-office activities Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they become problems Represent the organization with professionalism, warmth, and confidence at all times What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced professional who understands that exceptional client service is about the details. You will ideally bring: Several years of experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house, hospitality, executive support, or client service environment A polished and professional presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence interacting with senior executives, clients, and external partners Strong judgment and the ability to handle situations with tact and discretion A calm, composed approach in a busy environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong Microsoft Office skills The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service A genuine interest in people and a natural ability to make others feel welcome The Right Personality The successful candidate will be someone who is warm without being overly casual, professional without being rigid, and confident without being overbearing.
