Manage member-insured claims for automobile, home, business, and agricultural insurance while documenting all necessary information. Provide professional support to members and partners to ensure efficient resolution or appropriate escalation of inquiries. Requires a minimum of two years of customer service experience and an AEC in insurance and financial services or equivalent. Candidates must be fluent in both French and English and possess strong computer skills.
