Lead and develop a team of approximately 15–16 procurement employees while stabilizing day-to-day procurement operations and prioritizing supply needs across production and programs. Manage supplier performance, negotiations, contracts, supply chain risks, and performance reporting, while collaborating across departments and introducing continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze engineering drawings and 3D models to plan manufacturing processes, develop machining sequences, estimate operation times, and create and adjust CNC programs. Prepare production documentation, verify programs, support first-piece validation and production teams, and help optimize processes and implement new manufacturing technologies.

Read plans, drawings, procedures, and instructions; prepare and set up machining equipment and make adjustments before and during production. Maintain equipment through cleaning and routine preventive maintenance, and support other machining operations as needed.
