Key tasks include collaborating on complex transactions, performing due diligence, and reviewing employment contracts and corporate policies. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor of Laws, and be a member in good standing of the Québec Bar. Fluency in both French and English is required due to the firm's international scope.
