You will work proactively on a wide variety of complex real estate transactions for a diverse client base including developers and financial institutions. The role involves providing strategic business advice and collaborating with a team of professionals to manage large-scale mandates. Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience and hold a Bachelor of Laws degree. Applicants must be members of the Quebec Bar or the Quebec Chambre des notaires and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
