Expérience exigée * 2 à 4 ans d'expérience multidisciplinaire de propriété intellectuelle, en matière transactionnelle : vérification diligente, rédaction d'opinions, de contrats et d’ententes de propriété intellectuelle ainsi qu’en matière de droits d'auteurs, brevets, marques de commerce et contentieux litigieux. The associate will handle complex and high-profile intellectual property files. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting legal opinions and agreements, and managing copyright, patent, and trademark matters.

Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of multidisciplinary IP experience and be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar. A Bachelor of Laws, a top academic record, and bilingualism in French and English are required.
