Manage the full staffing process and provide HR coaching to managers regarding performance, behavior, and conflict resolution. Support employee engagement initiatives, disability management, and coordinate health and safety cases in compliance with CNESST. Requires a post-secondary degree in Human Resources and preferably over 2 years of HR experience. Candidates must be proficient in English and French, skilled in HRIS and Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable about Quebec labor laws.
