In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will apply your advanced electromechanical expertise to diagnose, maintain, and repair large-scale production equipment. You will help maximize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Training and Travel Requirement: This role includes technical training opportunities in the United States. Candidates must be willing and able to travel from Canada to the U.S. to participate in required training. Why Join This Team: * Work with advanced production equipment and electromechanical technologies * Apply specialized technical expertise to resolve complex equipment issues * Collaborate with experienced technicians and share equipment repair best practices * Receive technical training to expand your knowledge of Xerox products and service procedures * Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence What You Will Do: * Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair large-scale production equipment using advanced electromechanical skills * Perform technical diagnostics, software installations, equipment installations, removals, retrofits, and remote troubleshooting * Manage service calls and resolve equipment issues in accordance with customer SLAs and established service procedures * Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment maintenance, production support, and supply inventory requirements * Provide technical guidance and share equipment repair best practices with other service team members What You Need to Succeed: * Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting experience, including the ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics * Experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex electromechanical equipment * Strong customer service, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday * This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
