The Data Analytics Manager will act as a primary leader and business partner, bridging the gap between business strategy, data analytics, and governance. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, providing actionable insights to senior management, and overseeing data integrity and compliance across the firm. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, with 5 to 7 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python is required, along with strong communication skills and experience in enterprise data environments.
