Lead end-to-end payroll operations for over 2,000 employees across multiple Canadian provinces and coordinate international payroll activities. Act as the functional lead for the UKG HRIS, focusing on system optimization, data integrity, and integration with other platforms. Requires at least seven years of progressive payroll management experience across Canadian provinces and proficiency in UKG systems. Must be bilingual in French and English and hold or be pursuing a PCP or LAP accreditation from the National Payroll Institute.
